CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS
Arrival & Late Policy
• Please arrive on time.
Late Policy
A $5 late fee applies for every 5 minutes. Appointments will be cancelled after 15 minutes and your deposit forfeited.
• No call / no show will result in full payment being charged.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours in advance.
• Deposits are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
• Late cancellations may result in additional fees.
48-Hour Notice
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
Children Policy
• No children allowed unless they are being serviced.
Health & Safety
• Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions before your service.
